PaperOrg allows users to upload and organise personal documents.
Some uploaded documents may contain special-category personal data under Article 9 GDPR, including:
- health information
- medical records
- disability information
- trade-union membership
- religious or philosophical beliefs
- biometric data appearing in uploaded documents
To provide document classification, summarisation, search and question-answering features, PaperOrg uses artificial-intelligence systems provided by OpenAI, together with other approved service providers identified in the Privacy Policy.
This processing may involve the analysis of document content, extracted text and user questions.
Approved service providers identified in the Privacy Policy may process such information on behalf of PaperOrg, with appropriate safeguards where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
You may withdraw this consent at any time in your privacy settings or by contacting privacy@paperorg.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
